Traditional Thai bodywork is performed fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire, which we provide. Table services use professional draping. Our no-nude and no-breast-massage policies apply throughout, and you can ask questions or request an adjustment at any time.

You'll find us at 2601 W Dunlap Ave, Suite 4, Phoenix, AZ 85021, on West Dunlap Avenue just west of the I-17, near 27th Avenue in north Phoenix. Free parking is available in the lot right in front of the suite.

Open Daily · 10am – 7pm. 7pm is the latest possible appointment start time; openings depend on the service length and therapist schedules. The booking calendar shows available times in Phoenix local time (MST). Please contact us to confirm holiday hours or special closures.

Our spa is in a ground-floor suite. Please contact us before booking to discuss access, positioning, or assistance you may need for a table or floor-based session, so the team can confirm the arrangements with you.

Guests under 18 may receive services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian who remains in the room. Please contact us before booking to coordinate the visit.

Yes. Add your preference to the booking notes or tell us when you call. We will do our best to honor it when the therapist's schedule allows; a request is not a guaranteed assignment.

Please contact us at (480) 485-4590 and give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Please let us know as soon as possible. Your session may be shortened so the next guest's appointment can begin on time, and the full service fee still applies. Arriving about ten minutes early helps you enjoy your scheduled time.

Please contact the front desk to coordinate appointments for two or more guests, a spa day, or a special event. Multiple therapists and rooms may be needed, so we will confirm the available services and times with you before you make plans.

Traditional Thai bodywork combines rhythmic compression, acupressure, and therapist-assisted stretching. It is a more movement-focused experience than a typical table massage, with stretching and pressure adjusted through communication with your therapist.

Our menu includes floor-based Thai stretching and table services. The setup depends on the ritual you choose. Tell us your preference before booking so we can help you find the right session and confirm its setup.

You do not need to arrive with a particular level of flexibility. Stretching is guided within your comfortable range. Tell your therapist how the pressure and movement feel; you can request lighter pressure, skip a stretch, change positioning, pause, or stop at any time.

Our service menu explains each ritual, its length, and its current price. You can explore Thai bodywork, assisted stretching, foot reflexology, and Swedish or deep tissue massage. If you are unsure, contact us to discuss your preferences and the experience you are looking for.

Cupping and hot stone enhancements are complimentary and are performed within your booked session, with no extra time added. Ask your therapist about them at check-in; availability and suitability should be confirmed for your session.

We welcome all guests and provide licensed therapeutic massage and bodywork, with Arizona-licensed massage therapists. The same consent, privacy, and professional draping standards apply to everyone. Our practice is strictly professional and non-sexual.

Please disclose relevant conditions, injuries, medications, and sensitivities on your intake form and discuss them with the team before your visit. A service may need to be modified or declined, and medical provider clearance may be required. Our services support comfort and relaxation; they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Please contact the front desk before booking to discuss Prenatal Comfort & Mobility and confirm an appropriately trained therapist. Share pregnancy-related information on your intake form. Provider approval is required for high-risk pregnancies or complications.

Please contact us to reschedule if you are experiencing a contagious illness. Let the team know as soon as possible so they can help with the appointment change and explain the applicable cancellation policy.

Current service prices and durations are listed on our service menu and booking page. Appointment services are due in full at the time of service unless the applicable checkout says otherwise. Gift cards and memberships use secure online payment through Stripe.

Gift card and membership checkout accepts cards and supported digital wallets through Stripe. The payment options available for your device appear at checkout. Contact the spa if you have a question about payment for an in-person appointment.

Each membership includes its stated number of 60-minute sessions per month and renews through recurring monthly billing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Visit the memberships page for current plans, prices, and enrollment details.

Yes. You can cancel at any time to stop renewal at the end of your current paid billing period. Your benefits remain available through that period. Log in and open the memberships page to manage your plan, or contact us for help.

You can purchase a digital gift card on our website. It activates after payment is confirmed, does not expire, and has no inactivity fees. Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable for services at Saffron & Silk. Keep the code safe; lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced. You can also check a code's balance on the gift cards page.

Yes. Our services page lists the 3-Pack Reset and 6-Pack Ritual with current pricing. Contact the front desk for purchase and scheduling details. Multi-session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise noted.
